The horn no longer works on the steering wheel or panic button on fob. Already checked fuses

A year after I bought my 2012 Dodge Journey my rear windshield wiper stopped working. Then I also noticed the lock button on the hatch doesn’t work as well. Now my reverse light and the light above it is out sometime when I open the hatch it will stay on and won’t turn off and other times it doesn’t work at all. Need advice on where to go or what to do.
