  1. You folks are brilliant! Thank you / thank you. You're absolutely right. Tried it. One FOB click and it unlocks the driver's door. Two open clicks on the FOB and the other doors unlock (which my wife does to open the rear door for her briefcase) ... AND if you "hold" FOB button during the 2nd unlock click .... Yup ... windows open. Amazing. Isn't this what software people call an "undocumented" feature? My car doesn't have ghosts after all. Too bizarre. I really do appreciate the replies! Mystery solved. Thanks all.
  2. 2009 Dodge Journey - After having driven to a parking spot, making sure all 4 power windows are closed, and using the key FOB to lock the vehicle, when returning later several times have noticed the driver and passenger windows partly down (about 3 inches). This is happening intermittently all by themselves. Thought wife was accidentally bumping the window controls when she leaves the car, but no. She's been careful to check. Everything else works fine. Just scary and weird the windows part open by themselves - unattended. The driver's passenger window control lock has been up, meaning any passenger can control their window from the inside. (We don't have passengers, so no one fiddling with the controls.) So tonight I set the passenger power window control to off (down) to try this the next few days. Question: Is anyone else experience mystery window openings? What could this be?
