  1. My wife and I have the SE with the 4 cylinder and loaded up with three grand kids and their accessories, the car performs extremely well. I find no lack of power or speed on the highway or back roads. If you have the chance to drive one before you buy it, you may be impressed with the 4. I have also found the mileage to be about three miles better than advertised each time I check at fill ups.
  2. My wife and I purchased the first 2009 Journey in the Concord / Charlotte NC area on Feb. 25. The vehicle is everything and more as advertised. I am very impressed with what you get for the price. We purchased the SE in the black crystal pearl color. We choose the 4cylinder over the 6cylinder because it didn't seem to lack in performance in any way, even with the air on, it has plenty of power. The storage that it has is extrodinary, with three grandchildren under the age of 3 it will be very handy. The ride is every bit as good as the Trailblazer and CRV at a much more resonable price. We are looking forward to many many trips to Chapel Hill each fall for years to come. Thankyou Dodge for the right size vehicle at the right price at the right time!
