Thanks for feedback. I mean park position of the wiper motor or wipers. Now they just stop anyware.

Need Help, the windshield wipers only work in high mode, not in low, no function for the intermittent or for the rain sensor. The park position does not work either. Tried to change the motor but no change. anything I can measure , or check? Is there a wiper module? live in Norway so not too many Dodge dealer here
