Owned this vehicle since new. Moved to the USA in January 2017. I am trying to deactivate the daytime running lights but with no success. I would like to install LED bulbs but it recommends that the DRLs be deactivated. Who can change the vehicle code from a Canadian Code to a USA code so this can take place?
