Im also fighting them on this they claim in less than 24hrs I hauled something in the back and scuffed the headliner even though I own a truck.

I didn't see it before, it had been vandalized and ended up getting a windshield replaced. I'm stuck at work or I'd be crawling in every journey on the dealer lot

Hey guys, I'm new here but I need some help. My journey has just got back from 3 weeks in the body shop. After getting it home I realized there are what appears to be 2 cuts by the windshield behind the rear view mirror area. I've never noticed these before but I'm being told by the body shop that's it's normal. Can anyone confirm this??
