I have a 2015 Dodge Journey. About two weeks ago, my satellite radio went out. Its stuck on one screen and wont move. I cant change the channel, adjust the buttons or utilize any of the screen options while in satellite. i contacted Sirius and they told me my account is active and sent a refresh signal. Still nothing. I took the car to the dealership, who told me that its a sirius issue. since everything else works, its not the radio., Can anyone help. Please
