Hi waycooljr,
Sorry to hear about your concerns with your vehicle. If you decide to visit your local dealership for further diagnosis I'd be happy to offer assistance if needed. Just send us a PM with your VIN and let me know.

Will I be reimbursed for time off work to deal with this?

Bought my Journey 1 month ago. Has about 1000 miles on it.Only driven on highway and city streets to work and back. Already clunks over any bump and dash is already buzzing/rattling. ONE THOUSAND FRIGGEN' MILES! WTF?

Okay, it seems to get more pronounced the longer the trip. Non-existent 1st few miles, then quit but there, then louder after 20 or miles.

Hi all! Well, I am the proud owner of a brand spanking new 2017 Journey with V6 AWD. With about 150 miles on it ( had 11 on it when I drove it off the lot Monday), I was slowing through a construction zone ( on new pavement) and from the rear right comes a rubbing noise on brake application, sort of like "Shook, shook, shook" and proportional to speed. The same noise was less audible , but still there, without brake application. The first thing I thought of was maybe the wheel was falling off, loose lug nuts. torqued wrong or something. I stopped at the nearest gas station and walked around shaking the wheels. They seemed okay. What's is going on? Is this a common complaint?
P.S.- Yes, I know I can take it back to the dealer, but its 75 miles away and would like to go in armed with some insight beforehand. Thanks!
