Upon starting there is a metal rattling or ringing noise in the rear by my exhaust.I am assuming maybe a clip hanger for the exhaust has come loose? Anyone else ever had this before?

I tried my husband's new s8 plug and his says it as well.would it make a difference knowing the kiddos tv is plugged into the 12v plug in?

I am using the cord that came with my new galaxy s7.It worked fine the last few weeks and all of a sudden it says this..
