It's not your starter or alternator it's your neutral cut out (safety switch). Have to put it in neutral to start. Own a 2010 and have called and complained about it as it is a safety problem. If you don't get any satisfaction from your dealer or DODGE file a defect complaint form and get them to investigate a recall. Save your receipts for all expenses incurred for this issue and they will reimburse you.
