4.3 to 8.4 swap

I have looked and looked but can not find any answer's, that's why I came here hoping for some help. -
I have a 2013 DODGE JOURNEY did a swap from the 4.3 to an 8.4 with nav and the control panel keep's flashing on and of did any body else have this problem and if so how did you fix it ?
