I have the same issue on my 2013 Journey... @ 108 000 km. Needs a rebuild... the dealership would not help out with this. So I brought it to a transmission place....that would do the work for $1200.00 cheaper. Chrysler Canada said they could have given me $2000.00 towards it. Not happy...
