    Driver side climate control works fine, passenger side is only blowing hot air. This is one of several issues I've had with my 2014 journey and the dealership's have me ready to trade this thing in and go back to a ford, which I had before with no problems. I'm not married to a brand but I'm on the verge of dumping dodge. Anyone have any idea if it's computer related or a simple fix?

      Sounds like a blend door is not closing There are calibration tests that can be performed on the HVAC system to determine where the fault is. May require a simple recalibration of the HVAC system, a software flash, or possibly a blend door actuator. Diagnosis and repair for this concern should not be difficult. Should still be under warranty as long as the mileage is under 36K. No service bulletins or STAR cases that I can see.
