I have 22" Status wheels on mine with 255/30/22 tires, no issues.

Hypertech makes a programmer for the 3.5L Avenger, which is the same motor in the DJ. I havent heard of anyone having one in a DJ yet, I am toying with the idea of grtting one after seeing what the Avenger guys had to say. http://www.avengerforumz.com/showthread.php?t=49081

I once got Armour All on the dash of my 2005 Caravan and accidently got it on the speedo lens. Ruined it completly, got all cloudy. I have never used the stuff since.

When I bought my 2010 Journey, I used the CAI that I had on my 2005 Caravan. It fit right on no problem. Point is, there may be CAI's for other models that will fit your 3.6, just do a little homework.

Just curious to see if anyone knows if the new front facias will fit on the 2010 an older models? Seems like it should, but just trying to see if anyone knows anything.

The Ebay lip splitter you can buy at the home depot as well. This is in the weather strip section.
This 05178283AA might only be available for outside the US and can not be ordered through mopar.com.
Did you use the Home Depot Weather strip for your Journey? If so can you provide details, and do you have pics?

For those of you interested. I submitted my story to Modern Mopar Magazine and they used it! The story was published and I am excited. Here is the link http://www.modernmoparmagazine.com/wp/2011/09/30/my-dodge-journey-journey/

I emailed 3G about a year ago concerning my 2010. I told them since the Avenger and Journey have the 3.5 they might want to think about making some parts. They emailed me back and said they were thinking about it and if they decided to go with it would I be willing to leave my Journey with them for about 3 weeks for development. I told them of course, and of course I havent heard from them again.

I want to remove the roof bars from my journey, anyone done this? Any pics ?
I removed mine a while ago. What sucks is that the bolts come from under the roof and are welded. I cut the studs off of mine leaving the very bottom portion which I painted with factory touch up paint until I can take it to a body shop to have it completed.

Looks awesome. I have wondered about this for a while myself. I like the 11' grill better. I have a billet grill on my 10' but am almost tempted to switch to the 11' grill.

I was actually wondering what this would look like. Looks killer. I plan on doing it this weekend.

First off, you need to relax. I was referring to the smart ass comment you left when you didn't get a response fast enough. I need not come up with something newer because that fit the situation just fine.
Second, if you had stated you removed the headrest's to install monitors and need a little help, you may have gotten some.
Third, good for you that you figured it out. I sincerely hope all is working properly and the air bags will deploy if needed.
I am certainly glad NASA can spare you being away and have time to post wise ass comments on this site. When you grow up maybe you can learn how to ask for help.
Ha ha. After reading that, I think you sir are the one that needs to grow up.

slap a SRT sticker with some fancy wheels and paint ... this is a SRT Design basically a normal vehicle without the heart of a real SRT
Actually it is a OEM badge not a sticker. And their is no normal vehicle to it. My Journey has h&r lowering spring with cold air intake and aftermarket crankcase filter, and a number of other mods. Don't hate me because i am having fun with my journey and using my imagination.

Why would you unplug the air bag sensor to begin with???? What were you trying to do? Don't complain because of your lack of thinking. Remember "lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine"
Enough of that.
I know on the second row seats there are two plastic "buttons" that hold the cover on. Try looking on both lower corners and see if you can tell if the front is the same way. You can use a special tool to remove the buttons, but I use a putty knife that I cut to resemble a U shape. IF the front seats have these plastic buttons that will pop them off. I AM NOT SURE IF THE FRONT SEAT IS IN STALLED IN THIS MANNER. CHECK FOR YOURSELF.
Who said this was an emergency first of all. Second, i removed the headrest to install headrest monitors. Remember "lack of planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine" is one of the oldest sayings in the book, come up with something newer. Third, i figure everything else out on my own and everything is back in place with no issues.

I recently removed my headrest and unplugged the side airbag senors. how to i remove the seatback to plug it back in?
That is why I love this site so much. Everyone is so helpful.

Not sure if this topic has come up before. Is it possible to connect head rest monitors to the RBZ mygig? If so, can someone explain how?

Just followed and passed a new journey on the DVP, love the new tail lights, looks good on the car not sure about the new front grill..
Will have to look into the tail lights for mine.
Let us know what you find out....I would like those lights on the back of mine.

I'm a big chrome hater, I have stock chrome rims on my C6 Vette and hate them. About to get them powdercosted black. The Chrome grill is about to be paint black on my 09 Journey cause the chrome is killing me. But that is just me.
By the way, nice look, but there is a really big gap between your tires and the fender. (H&R can fix that and still have a nice ride to it :D )
I would like to know what the exhaust sounds like (Sounds clips please)
Anyone have pics of a journey with h&r springs installed?

I have actually been researching this and thought about doing the same thing. Please keep us posted on your progress.

Looks nice. Love the interior. I may have to look into geting those taillights for my 2010.

We have a black R/T with the chrome on the dash. The sun constantly reflects off of the chrome, blinding my wife when she drives. Does anybody know of a solution? Replacing the chrome trim pieces with something? Aftermarket?
I used a black rubber dip paint. Went on nicely and it actually matches the black interior. Looks a little more sportier to me.

The amber signals are just covered in vinyl, you can still see them at night.
