Is there a way of checking the oil level in the DCT transmission?? is the a fill or level plug? Thanks in advance..

My partner and I have recently purchased a 2010 CRD Journey R/T with the DCT transmission. From time to time it will shudder on take off from what I think is the dual clutch system. It doesn't seem to happen when taking off slowly but if you need to be quick to beat traffic it can be quite bad. Has any one else had the same issue? What was the problem and the fix?? Thanks in advance..
