My 2010 does the same thing, among MANY other mystery things!!! They did do a recall last year. Once I had that finished, it still continues to not start! After trying repeatedly, it usually starts. Dealership said it was battery. Had that replaced, didn't fix it. (By the way, the battery is located behind the fender well so, they'll have to take your tire off to test it for an accurate read.) I'm upside down on it or would have traded it in already!!! Never had so many problems from a car!
