  1. Our 2009 has a lifetime power train warranty.
  2. Having purchased countless cars, trucks, boats and a airplane . I've never experienced this problem. Our 2009 Journey AWD has the following problem. The windshield washer on the passenger side stopped working. Upon further investigation (basically) looking under the hood , I found the 90 degree plastic piece broken off below the nipple that is on the outside of the hood. This vehicle is always service by the dealer. I just can't believe this small plastic piece failed. We really like the Journey and have considered purchasing another. Even though it's been towed twice to the dealer, once for a dead battery at 15,000 miles and once for a " coil failure" on top of a spark plug at 54,000 miles. It's also had a rear axle seal replaced. It currently has 56,500 miles and looks like new. 95% of it's mileage is highway mileage. Has any one else experienced this problem. Thanks
  3. I don't post very often, but welcome to the forum.
  4. Ours was towed to the dealer a couple months ago. Century Dodge in Wentzville, MO. The service manager is a good friend. They had it three days ( even gave my wife a loaner ) , he said he'd never seen this problem on a Journey before. With the rapidly flashing engine light and the fact it was bucking you off the road. It was a coil on top of a spark plug. The number of times the engine light flashed told them which cylinder was the problem. It hasn't been back in the shop since. Total mileage on the vehicle is 55000 miles.
  5. We have 2009 SXT AWD just turned 54,000 miles and it needed new tires , the dealer checked the brake pads and said the front had about 10k miles remaining. I told him to change them. Rotors were fine. We had a rear axle seal leak at 36k and they repaired it under the lifetime warranty.
