Just wondering if you ever resolved this problem? My 2015 makes a noise sometimes when going over bumps, especially the curb in front of my driveway. I have no idea if this is normal or not?

I just started having this issue today! Did you ever get it resolved. I'm positive it's not me hitting buttons when I don't need to.

Thanks! I know very little about cars, I just bought this one used 2 weeks ago, so I'm a little sad that I'm already having issues with it. this is the first used vehicle I've ever purchased, but I figured since it was 2015, and only had 20,000 km it would be okay.

I'll see if my husband can disconnect the power for me, otherwise I guess I'll have to navigate how to use the warranty as well haha.

I have a 2015 journey and the radio is now stuck on scan no matter what I do. Is this a common problem?
