Not great news about dealer, I'll see what I can get out of them. Probably why I'm not getting a call back. If I have to fiddle with this myself, anyone have suggestions on where to look or how to get to it?

I've started a conversation with the dealer just have not heard back yet. I thought I would try here since I happen to find a thread with the exact same issue.

Hi, Brand new here.. Just bought a 2010 a few days ago.. Found this thread, I know its old but I'm having the exact same issue. Anyone have any insight? Thanks
