Five days no problem in operation, but I do see where people say the VR recognition sucks and the iPod shuffle function is annoyingly consistent in picking the same song order. Hopefully this can be fixed with an update!

Now that Sirius had updated it's channel lineup both buttons seem to work perfectly. Will see if it doesn't work in a couple of days of use!!,! WTF

Yes, both the VR button and phone button aren't operational. Vehicle to dealer on Monday tech says they will address it as an electrical issue and are keeping car for about a week or until fixed. I will keep u posted of results.

I have a 2011 journey LUX that I have had for a month. The VR and phone button on steering wheel will not work or work intermittently. The buttons are not the problem. The dealer replaced the head unit and the Voice recognition worked until I activated the Sirius radio subscription. Now the dealer says they are stumped and must check with engineers in Detroit. Has anyone else had this problem or had it corrected already?
