    It looks like a radiator hose. It's kind of hard to tell from this pic alone. Are you visibly losing fluid in any reservoir (power steering or coolant)? What year/engine/transmission? It's really only going to be one of 3 things - oil, ATF+4, or coolant. Probably coolant.

    If you can safely get it to a dealer, the parts guy should be able to tell you what hose that is specifically, and then order it from them.
