Timon Posted May 22, 2014 Report Share Posted May 22, 2014 (edited) Had an issue pop up, nothing wrong with the Journey, that could have lead to a major battle. Talked to them this morning and they solved the issue in record speed. Since they did I won't go into the issue its self. I was quite pleased at the speed, ingenuity and professionalism is getting it solved. Now if we can only get the information about that darn tow prep option and how to get one but so far no luck at the dealer. They've not see the one on the 2014 Journey and are still researching it.
