Front End "Clunk" while Braking Over Bumps

My '14 Journey SXT front suspension also clunks over all low speed bumps. Upper strut bearings were replaced under TSB 02-001-13 and warrantee. Dealer had it for 2 weeks, and couldn't find the problem. Now at 27K miles the front tires have abnormal wear. Guess I'll have to have a semi-annual front tire replacement schedule.
