Ok by no means am I glad you have experienced the same problem but that is the exact same thing my 09 Journey is doing and I am glad that I am not the only one out here! I explain it to people the same way like blowing in a glass bottle! It has been to the dealership four times now, they had their DM come last month to decide what to do with it. I haven't heard from her and that has been since Jan 12. I filed lemon law paper work and my husband is taking it to the dealership on 2/22 one last time to see if they can repair it. What ever happened with yours? They act clueless at this place! Do you live in Central FL by chance?
I would have the dealer check the Cowl(rubber stripping) around the windsheild. I had a noise coming from mine on my RT. There is a fix for it if this is your problem

I have a AWD R/T with the standard R/T wheels. I have noticed that two of the wheels have surface cracks. Has anyone else seen this problem?

Regarding the buzzing noise, have the dealer apply TSB 23-027-08, this will address the cowl screen issue. Also ask the dealer to look at the exhaust using TSB 11-003-08. I'll investigate the dash lights flickering and let you know what I find out.
mjm48 Thanks for the information. I am taking the car to the dealer next week.

I have the same buzzing on my RT. It seems to happen when the temperture is warmer and I think that that softens the rubber. When you take it to the dealer how did they find the correct replacement part?

After having a Journey for about 3 weeks now, I can say that my only real complaint has to be the blindspot while changing lanes or backing out of parking spots. I have the rearview camera, but personally, I don't rely on that as much as visually checking things on my own.
I have my Journey and do not find that problem. I have a Solara convertible which has a real blind spot. I guess I am able to use the mirror and feel confident.

I also drove our new RT in a terrible Florida storm and felt the vehicle to perform absolutely great. The traction and handling were wonderful and I really love this vehicle.

Congraulations! I just got my RT this week and we are in love with it. So far we like everything about the vehicle and have no complaints at all. We also purchased the extended warranty, but we told that the max as 7/85000. We paid a little under $1500 for it. What was the cost of the lifetime if you mind disclosing it.
Thanks

The armrest just simply slides back and forth. When fully extended to the front you you loose a little storage area which is good for a cell phone. You can still store the phone but you have to slide it back to get the phone. I have the U-connect phone so it is no issue for me.

Thank you Myboy. I seen it in a review at www.allpar.com great write up obviously if they were the only ones to mention it.
OK, so here is another question,...
How do you get it to slide? I want to be able to do this when the salesmen shows us ours and see if he knows about it.
Thank you again

I have a Black RT and it does slide back and forth. You will love that feature.

Wind Noise
in Exterior & Body

This sounds like the same noise I had. Have the dealer check the front windshield cowl. There is a TSB for this. It cured my noise immediately
