150 Km drive from dealer was a pleasure!!!
After reading EVERY post, watching EVERY youtube video, looking at EVERY internet picture...... IT'S IN MY DRIVEWAY!!!! Stayed up late installing bug deflector and sill protectors. Now i'm late for work because I slept in... gotta go...

With my 2011 r/t would like to program memory settings for drivers seat for driver1 and driver2, do we have that feature on our r/t's here in CANADA?
Did not see it on the screen's settings menu. any thoughts?

I would like to know if the newest builds have this update installed already.. Len (fourfifths) did you pick up your Journey today? Does the evic stay in KM/h when you shut off the car?
Yes I did pickup our car today. Only got 45km/h on it, but so far it does stay in km/h.

FINALLY, my car is moving again!!!
Sat in Regina (5 hours away) since the 1st with a status of "unloaded from railcar"
"departed facility" tonight...
can't wait
Good to see that yours is on the move. You are going to love it. Went and seen ours yesterday and to sign papers.

Overhead cam engines have more oil in the top end than just a overhead valve engine does.Having said that valve stem seals are very important.
This seals are pressed fit on the valve guide, if one or more are damaged or have popped off the guide, this can cause blue smoke at startup or idling,decelerating.
In other words when the engine is producing high vacuum. Just a thought.

Sorry to rub it in, but my Journey is near it's final rail stop. As of the night of the 28th, it was 100 KM away and hasn't updated since. I look at your status once in a while and am sure that if it was mine I would go insane!!!
It would sure be nice to find out exactly what is going on!!!

I just checked my tracking again, I started with dealer delivery of june 2nd then 3nd then 6th then 8th then 10th and now 13th.................................Lucky me.!!!!!!!!!!!
Did my railcar get lost behind some bushes or something?

Have you checked your tracking lately? It says in bay at facility???? That is strange, yesterday it was moving and now it's not!!!
Mine was interchanged at Laredo today.
I'm sure glad that the insight tracking is working again, except I may wear out my computer I've been checking so often!!

We live in Montreal (Canada) and we've ordered a Journey R/T (red, nav and UConnect) mid-april. The dealer told us today that he still cannot enter the order into their system. Does anyone have the same issue ?

It's not that you can't order an r/t but you may not order it in red,black,or blackberry because of a shortage out of japan. go to the dodge canada website to see what colors
are available,so that maybe the reason.
I ordered my black r/t march 29th and two days later the dealer got a memo from dodge saying no more ordering in black,blackberry,or red. So check out the website.

Figured I better do this before the car gets dirty...black is awesome but high maintenance for visual appeal. Pics are in my album "Geer's R/T" which I think is showing up at the top of the main board page for now. This is first day after delivery and I did not waste any time installing a few Mopar accessories- chrome mirror caps, fuel filler door, locking fuel cap, and R/T emblems on the front fenders (which is typical of R/T heritage...not sure why Chrysler isn't putting those call-outs on the sides). Nothing like chrome on black!
I love the 19" painted aluminum wheels, they are clean and modern looking and set the car off nicely. Very happy with the Journey - hope that sentiment continues!

just got back from the dealer on my order of my 2011 r/t black on black march 29th,they are telling me that my order is in status D,
which means they have all the parts to fill my order, but sounds like I just made it by the skin of my teeth, shortages are becoming a problem.
for those who have orders, lets keep our fingers crossed.

Hi, I have a 2011 r/t with no hard drive, Instead it has a sd card slot. I was under the understanding that they dumped the harddrive for the sd card slot.
