  1. Nice R/T I hope this journey is for Canada because I order black R/T one and it was made on the 23 of march

Thanks for the compliments on our R/T. It is the US version and this is our second R/T. We traded in our 2009 R/T because we really did not like the interior of the 2009. This new R/T is really nice inside. The US R/T models do not have leather seating available and I was ready to have the seats reupholstered in leather after the car came in to the dealership. Frankly the cloth seats are very handsome and really give good support. I am happy overall with this new R/T.

Glad to hear you're happy with your new R/T. And the black is simply awesome. The '11 is a big improvement over the previous years...so I doubt you'll regret the trade.

  2. the reason i said "actual r/t" was because this is the american version, i don't even know why they called the canadien version an r/t when it comes with chrome clad wheels. this actually has tighter suspension and a slightly lower ride. they should of just called the canadien "r/t" the crew or lux. :hysterical:

Nope - that's not right. :redcard:

The Canadian R/T has the same painted aluminum 19s standard; chrome clads are a $500 option. Furthermore it is the only CDN Journey model that you can get the same sport suspension. And only the R/T has available AWD, in fact you cannot order a FWD R/T.

If anything the CDN R/T (top trim level) is more true to the R/T heritage than the US R/T Journey which is in the middle trim/ price class, below Crew and Lux.

And, also Bud - the R/T is NOT lowered, in fact it sits 0.2 inches higher Mainstreet or Crew - go to the link below and click on "Dimensions and Capacities" in the top left of the page:

Yes - very sweet ride!! but nope, this has got to be US market R/T - doesn't have the chrome door handles or chrome grille. The models are different between the 2 markets- US R/T is middle of pecking order, followed by Crew and Lux. The US R/T has body-color grille and body-color door handles. However in Canada the R/T is the top of the line trim level with chrome grille, chrome door handles, and some other equipment including leather & standard AWD. Ordered my CDN black-on-black '11 R/T Feb.04 and... still waiting!
