  1. I'm buying new tires this week. At first, I was looking for Yokohama Parada Spec-X, but they are not available in Canada in 19". The only good alternative I had are the new Toyo Versado CUV. They are on the market since something like... 1 week! So it will be a guess, but I'm confident they will be better than the Kumho (they are really bad in rain).

  2. I'm not 100% sure, but I think that if you lock them, you are still able to control them with the driver's door, but not with the other doors... but I'm really not sure. So test it before going to the dealer.

  3. I had the engine light two times and both times it was a different problem.

The first time, it was the Canister. The check engine light was on all the time.

The second time, it was the EGR valve. The engine light could be off the morning and after 2 hours, it was on. The day after, it was off again and some time after it was on.

Actually, a check engine light can be caused by a lot of things...

  4. Normally, you should not be able to turn on the recirculation when you are on defrost or any other mode that throws air to the windows. This is to prevent the windows to fog on the inside. So yes, it is normal.

With the automatic A/C control, you will not be able to turn on the recirculation if you are on defrost or mix mode. With the manual A/C control, the recirculation should turn off automatically when you go into defrost or mix mode, but maybe it is possible to reactivate the recirculation afterwards (it works this way in our Pontiac).

  6. Hello, in my there are no extreme weathers like snowing, ice, etc etc ... and I am concern with the brake stuff, early changes due the ESP control ... do you guys think I can leave the ESP always off ?

    thank you

    vinny.

If you don't drive in snow or ice, the ESP should not kick in, so there is no differences if you turn it off or not. The only time I can think it will kick in, it is under agressive acceleration in rain.
