I had a MyGIG installed in my Chrysler Sebring 2009 model. After an accident and the car written off, I removed it to use it in a new car, obviously to save some money.
I since bought a Dodge Journey 2010 model and the agents tried to install it with no avail. Apparently the Sebring required a low speed system and the Dodge a high speed system.
Is there any way to convert or modify it? I saw the lockpick system on the mofv.com site but with no reference to a REP model.

I bought a new Dodge Journey 2010 model with a 6 CD changer radio system REQ Seller Code. It is supposed to be a RDS system but this function is not available. Took it to our local dealers and they don't know what I am talking about.
Can someone give me advice how to activate it?

Hi Chris
Thank you for your response. This gives me a much better insight regarding the models, etc.
It however does not answer my question in particular. I am still wondering if there is a conversion from low speed to high speed system, or do I really have to purchase a new MyGIG.
Regards
Danie
