I'M NEW HERE, my name is Johnny and I live in Las Cruces, New Mexico. I recently purchased a 2016 Journey Crossover. since the day I drove off the Viva Dodge parking lot, my 2016 has had a harsh 2-3 upshift, also 3-2 downshift, 2-1 downshift. Dealer says there is no problem to be concerned.
After searching for some answers, I found that the check ball locations in the Transmission (62Te) valve body could be the problem. I'm asking for additional answers and experience if anyone has the same difficulty. Your response is gratefully appreciated.
