  1. I took my 2010 Dodge Journey with 18k to the dealer 3 weeks ago with a list of problems, but the one they couldn't fix was a clicking noise when I turn. At first they told me they didn't hear anything and then I took a ride with them to point it out. They made me wait for 2 hours and then tell me they don't know what it is and they put a call into Chrysler. I am so frustrated with all the problems I have had with this car. All four rotors had to be replaced already as well. Anyone else have this problem?

  2. Mine just went out, I have 30,000 miles. Hope it's not too expensive, seems like everything goes out on this car prematurely, too bad because I love it!

    My blinker and rear brake light went out at about 18k, also very dissapointed in the little things that keep breaking on my new car!! I do love it but it's annoying. Now I have a clicking noise whenever I make a right or left hand turn, brought it in for service and at first they told me they couldn't hear anything, so I took a drive with them pointed it out and still they say they can't find what's wrong and put a call into Chrysler....3 weeks later still no word!

  3. I just brought it back for the 4th time, this time they told me there was a TSB that came out on 1/20. They said it had something to do with a pin????, My receipt says Reprogram PCM, sorry I don't know too much more information about it!

    Lets see how long we can go this time!!!

    this has happened to me twice in the last 2 wks. The weather was fairly cold (maybe -20'ish C) and the vehicle was not plugged in - not sure fi this had anything to do with it or not... Definately not a problem with the doors or hood being partially opened because it started and did run for about a minute.

  4. So I got my Journey in November and this will be the third time my remote start is not working, when I hit the button 2x either it doesn't start at all or it starts and after about 45 seconds just shuts down the engine. This is a big inconvience to keep bringing it to get serviced, has anyone else experienced this problem? Any suggestions, can I ask to have the product replaced if it happens again?

  5. Thank you so much! I am torn because today is the last day to get an extra 500.00 rebate on all orders, but I haven't even seen the Journey in person or test driven it!!! I'm sure I will love it, but feel a little nervous about ordering one.

  6. Are these things that have to be ordered with the car or can they be added easily at the dealership if I wanted to add those options. I am assuming it would have to be ordered.

    No you don't have child booster seats and you don't have rear AC.

    Child booster seats is in the Family Value Group and the rear AC comes only with the 7-seats, so you have to take the Flexible Seating Group.

    Family Value Group:

    •2nd-Row Seat with 2 Child Booster Seats

    •High Beam Daytime Running Lamps

    Flexible Seating Group:

    •160-Ampere Alternator

    •2nd Row 40/60 Tilt 'N Slide™Seat

    •3rd Row 50/50 Fold/Reclining Seat

    •Rear A/C & Heater with 3-Zone Temperature Control

    •Easy Entry System Seat

    •Gross Vehicle Weight/Payload Rating

    •Rear Air Conditioning with Heater

  7. If anyone has any information on this topic I would appreciate it . I am looking at this specific SXT, it has the following options.

    * 2.24 Overall Top Gear Ratio

    * 6 Premium Speakers w/Subwoofer

    * Adjustable Roof Rail Crossbars

    * Air Conditioning ATC w/Dual Zone Control

    * Air Filtering

    * Brake/Park Interlock

    * California Emissions

    * Cargo Compartment Cover

    * Convenience Group I

    * Driver/Passenger Lower LED Lamps

    * Engine: 3.5L High Output V6 24V MPI

    * Front & Rear Aimable LED Lamps

    * Heated Front Seats

    * Power Express Open/Close Sunroof

    * Premium Convenience Group

    * Premium Instrument Cluster with Display

    * Quick Order Package 28K

    * Rearview Auto Dim Mirror w/Microphone

    * Remote Start System

    * Tip Start

    * Transmission: 6-Speed Automatic 62TE

    * UConnect Phone w/Voice Command

    * Universal Garage Door Opener

    * Vehicle Information Center

    * iPod ® Control

    If I do not see anything about rear ac/heat or integrated child bosters in the 2nd row, does that mean it doesn't have those two things or are they included in a convenience or seating package somewhere?
