It helps to have non-marring pry tools. They were a great help when I pulled apart my grille to paint the crosshair orange

Are these noticeably louder than the stock horns on the journey? I've been looking for new horns for my Dakota

Check out the thread I made about the install http://www.dodgejourneyforum.com/topic/7654-led-off-road-light-bar-install/

I painted them myself. Bought them off ebay using the mopar part number to get OEM splash guards cheap.

The picture makes them look blue they are actually white in person

Got it on eBay. Only spent $50 and they ended up sending me 2 lol. Works great for a cheap light bar.

I have a thread where I explain how I did it all. Search off road lighting and it should come up

The nice thing about plastidip is that if you screw up or don't like it you can just peel it off lol. I plan on painting the cross hair of the grille orange also. I painted the cross hairs of my avenger to match the car witch is actually the exact orange I have on my journey. It looked very sharp. I have not seen anyone match their molding color to the body of the car. I think the R/Ts may be like that already but not sure.

I originally planned on doing those orange. Just didn't get around to do it.

The orange stripes are quality automotive paint on top of the dip. Still makes it possible to remove in case you don't like it. As for the lines I take a nice long piece and slowly follow the contours of the hood. Make sure you have plenty of lighting and take your time. I know I peeled the tape back several times because it wasn't quite good enough yet haha.

No mods, the HIDs needed a relay as expected and the fogs, I did have to roll the gasket back a little further on the bulb so the clips would snap in when installing(took me a few minutes to figure out that was all I needed to do) but otherwise it was just a plug and play.

I like the lug nuts, adds a nice touch. I thought about doing that myself. It looks good next to the matching splash guards, BTW I borrowed the idea from you to purchase and paint my splash guards orange thanks.

I thought about doing this in orange to match my outer accents. You should post a thread when complete. I'm curious how much time and material it would take. Nice quality workmanship there.

I've done it a few times haha. When I did the tail lights on my avenger I just used the regular black but only did a couple light coats and then finished off with the glossifier to give it a solid cover. The orange is actually the color of my old avenger "Mango Tango Pearl" color code PVG

Just got them off eBay, found the brightest I could.
