This is a DIY. A piece of carbon vinyl film, a heat gun (or hair dryer will do) and less then 1/2 hour of your time - and you have a nice carbon looking trim Very easy, highly recommend. Youtube is full of instructions on how to do vinyl wrapping.

Did you remove the trim in order to do this? if so how do you get the trim pieces off?

I did. Its very easy oremove them. Just pop them up. There are no screwws, so just carefully, but firmly pull them up. I used plastic pry tools ($5-$20 on ebay) to pop the panels, but kitchen knife and soft cloth could work as well.

The center buttons dont come off like the air settings trac control exe.....? And around the shifter?

Didn't touch that areas...
