Mitsubishi dealer. They saod the buttons are there but the is no bluetooth but I have found conflicting reports on the exsostance of bluetooth buttons and bluetooth capabiliy

I just bought a 2012 SXT and it has the call buttons on the steering wheel and the phone option on my 4.3 uconnect but the phone option lights up but does not do anything else nor do the steering wheel buttons. I am not sure if the bluetooth is broken, or if it was not included. Has anyone owned a 2012 SXT with buttons for phone that were not connected to anything? Is there a reset? Help please.
