I have a 2012 dodge journey SXT and recently I have been having some issues with my electrical and AC.
first, my display for radio/climate/etc would be a blank screen and nothing would work. Then sometimes it would work. We checked all of the fuses and they all came up good. We ended up jiggling the battery around and the problem fixed itself.
However, since then NONE of my window controls will work. I replaced the fuses thinking that was the problem from previously pulling them, but that didn't help.
Everything else works just fine.... the locks, mirror, etc... but the windows won't roll down.
I have also replaced the battery since they stopped working as well.
Any ideas???
