  1. If I told you i wouldn't be a secret...
  2. Does this Plus list hold true with the SXT Plus?? Only thing on the list that I don't have is leather and mine is a Plus...
  3. Not gonna happen... You keep your wife in the back (good idea)?? I guess I usually have kids back there, or other couples. Either way, as soon as someone up front opens the door, they all unlock.
  4. the front doors should unlock automatically when you pull on the handle... Only the backs require you to unlock with the button.
  5. True, but Amazon is full of BS reviews. In fact, I think there is some legal stuff going on around that right now... I also use amazon because you can't beat free 2 day shipping and if there is ever ANY issue, they are beyond amazing to work with.
  6. What are you getting? I'm thinking about redoing mine with 4 projectors... The Black Friday sale is the only time I purchase from TRS...ha!
  7. I do not have the factory "upgraded" stereo, but even so, I don't think there is enough room for a proper installation for an 8" behind the side paneling (where the stock "sub" is located. I placed a 10" in the floor inside the storage unit mentioned above. Of course after removing the interior in back to run wires, I think I will redo the box to gain a little more airspace and mount the sub so it is flush with the floor (right now it is top mounted) and possibly move the amp to the same location. I don't have any pics of the process and it is a pain to get the box out, so all I can show you for pictures is a speaker grill coming out of the floor... I did a basic fiberglass box by laying fiberglass inside the storage compartment and mating a sheet of MDF across the top. Painted the MDF black to match the interior and threw my cargo mat over the top (with a hole cut in it for the speaker to protrude)...
  8. You'll have to build them for these vehicles...
  9. Please follow this advice and spend a couple bucks on the trim panel tool. It is very easy to damage these parts prying on them with a screwdriver and they aren't cheap to replace...
  10. Interesting... I suppose I should take mine in.
  11. Agreed. You will get a lot better advice if we can see the code. It's probably not a fix that will be hard to figure out if there is a code popping up.
  12. This is a common issue in most modern cars. With emissions standards what they are, all vehicles run hotter than in the past. With the ambient heat from the engine and the heat from the coolant, combined with a large number of heating and cooling cycles over time, even the most robust plastics will give way eventually.
  13. Trying to figure out if this is a serious statement... If so, wow. Conspiracy theory much? Glad I bought my lifetime warranty since apparently everyone is out to get me!
  14. If the check engine light comes on then there should be a diagnostic code that tells you what is going on. Have the code read and you will likely have your answer.
  15. Damn it! I want up and down too (I only have auto down, and only on the driver's window)! Will this work if I drive across the border?
  16. Yeah, but does the button see the key?? Mine occasionally isn't recognized immediately, but I have a metal "wallet" that I keep in the same pocket, so I attribute it to that.
  17. Agree that the light bar will be your better option. If you get HIDs, get them installed inside of properly designed HID designated projectors.
  18. I turned my storage into a subwoofer enclosure... No need to get in there any more! Great idea though.
  19. Mine has been a couple of different intervals, but lately it is every 10,000 miles. Maybe you are just a really aggressive driver? Regardless, mine usually goes off at the max interval (well, 500 miles before the max interval).
  20. Lots of talented people out there... comes at a price though!
