    Further update
It was a LF wheel bearing also and all the caliper pins were VERY STICKY. MOOG front bearing and Raybestos front and rear pads were delivered Friday at 1:45 pm  from rockauto for another $185. Bearing and front brake work done by Friday at 4:30pm I did the rear brake work today with snowflakes in the air, 2.5 hrs. time and finished by 12:30 pm

    Now it just needs TIRES!!

Well.. To close out this "story".
    $950 total bill
Was a funky exhaust cam sensor causing the CEL that delayed return of the car. I guess it didn't like getting "jostled" from the work done.
Besides needing tires , now that I've been able to DRIVE this RT{remember it's the WIFE'S} I've got some more work to do on this car for braking and possible also RR wheel bearing.
She will be driving the'14 for a while while I do more checking out on the '13RT between the rainy weather days.

i use discount tire for yrs ,i just seen where they bought out tire rack or at least that is what they are saying, i use to order on line when they didnt have a store in our state and that way i didnt have to pay sales tax and also you need to wait for a holiday as they always run great sales during the holidays and then id take them to our local Walmart to have them mounted and if you buy their tire warranties they are great to work with and they replace them with no argument, my grandsons is really rough
on his tires with chuck holes and they have replaced 3 different tires ( MICHELIN )for free and all you do is pay for the new tires warranty which is around 20-30 depending on how expensive the tire is

    Update
I was able to replace the bulb and all is good now.
But. What I found out was the manual shows the wrong bulb(s).
After getting the old bulb out it was a 3157.

I got home from worship services at 1:00 and changed clothes and "dove in" on doing the Buick's rear pads and rotors. Weather was fantastic sunny and 64*. Was just putting the first caliper back together around 2:30 and all of a sudden the sky went dark and thunder. then rain and then hail{small}, back to rain and then bright sunshine after about 20 minutes. Went and did the other side when I got done with the first RR corner and got done around 5:30. When the wife gets home from work with the '14 Journey and if the weather stays decent, I'll install the new fog lamp bulbs after "fishing out the broken bulb pieces from the left fog lamp housing.

That'd be nice.  lol.  I don't know why I always find myself with a car with funky hard to upgrade stuff or wanting something that requires me to build a skillset.

I might have to look them up and see.

I wasn't entirely sure it'd work at all with the AC stuff.  Turned out pretty good though.  The same seller has a slightly bigger Tesla screen that appears to keep the ac controls on the bottom at all times.

Maybe if I make him a series of install videos with more professional camera work and more effort he will give me one free 😛

Sure it would be more expensive but in the long run I believe I would take it to a dodge dealership as they have more knowledge on these vehicles small shops are just guessing most of the time.good luck

I was looking too and apparently nobody has one or knows how to make it work.  I figured, why not, and bought one.  I actually uninstalled it and couldn't get it to work initially.  Now, I understand it pretty well.

I installed one in today for my wife's 2017.  I paid $230 for it.  It came with everything.  It wasn't the cheapest, I just wanted the 8 core 4gig memory one.

It controls the AC and all.  There are quite a few of them on Amazon and eBay.  I'd guess most people give up and never get them installed.

In the custom fit ones there is a setting buried in the menus to set up the AC controls.  It doesn't just work, you have to figure it out.  Unfortunately there are no directions and the sellers don't put the information in the listings.  It is a little odd to do but works pretty good to be honest.

I made a video today of everything working and showed the settings.  It actually does a great job with wireless android auto.  Immediate connection and no issues.

All the steering controls work, all the AC controls, it shows the doors(and trunk) are open by a picture on the screen.  Youtube worked great without any issues.  GPS was good.  I haven't installed the camera because my wife needed to go somewhere.  I did plug the cable in the back of the radio(that is the wifi/bluetooth antenna apparently for some reason) and it brings up the camera screen when backing up.

There are a lot of options that you can adjust for the car from the radio.  Overall, I'm pretty happy.

The fitment to the dash isn't perfect but it isn't bad.

I'm going to post the video in a little bit here.  I can drop a link if anyone is interested.

    UPDATE
I finally found at reasonable cost fog light bulbs for the '14.
Phillips PSX24W/CVPB1 @$16 each thru rockauto. SUPPOSED to be brighter, but with disclaimer of possible shorter lifespan.
I had to order rear rotors and pads for my Buick and the bulbs were at the same location for shipment, so I got them. Parts were from Syracuse,NY and ordered Friday morning and were delivered FEDEX ground this morning. Fastest processing and delivery I've seen yet! Yes the city of origin was only about 3.5 hours away.
Will install on the first warmer DECENT weather day we get here, been raining and cold for 4 days and next week does not look much better! 😞AND the Buick brakes have the priority to get done!

WELL.... Not ready today and says the RF also needs  the ball joint replaced. Cam and rockers done, but have to do the filter unit and install the intakes. Waiting for him to call me back as when I called enquiring, said it'd been a bad day with lots of interruptions.
I will report results when the car is done and back home.

Would be nice to know what engine size, but I will ASSUME the 2.4 4 cylinder motor. And YES a bad head gasket improperly diagnosed as thermostat will make replacement thermostats go bad also. Sorry for your major repair expense, as head gasket AND possible warped head is a very costly repair bill. You might want to think about a good used motor to be installed verses repairing the one you have.

Spring car maint,  just did winters to summers swap and now have parts on order. Back wheel bearings started to howl  two months ago.  At around 249kms or 155 miles, not that bad for original bearings really. Only one front original bearing left.
Waiting for rockauto  parts now. One front outer tie rod also needs changing, will do both. This vehicle will go to my daughter eventually so keeping up the maint.

Even on a new car I find the low profile 19” tires run firmer but handle better. Our snows are 17” Dunlop tires so I have experienced the difference.  The  look of the alum spoke 19” rims is also nicer …but costly.  You could explore the all weather (mtn snow flake symbol) tires most companies sell now. My pickup has them so you run them all year. Not quite as good a winter and slightly more money. Only one set of rims/Tpms sensors is also nice.

The wife's '13 finally came due for oil change, so I did that on Monday of the solar eclipse day. PROBLEMS right away.
{1}  Had to use a breaker bar with long handle to get the filter cap loose
{2} STUPID DESIGN early oil bypass valve was NOT there, no parts at all.
I did the oil and filter anyway and contacted my friend about getting another one, but had to call him back a bit later, as I found a noticeable oil leak in the engine valley at the cooler assy. NOT gushing, but would not drive it other than getting it to my fiends shop, to replace the whole unit with an aluminum assy..
{3} On the way there I heard a howling coming from the RF, YUP wheel bearing.
{4} I knew I needed to do Valve cover gaskets and have had them ready since summer, so it was agreed that for the paltry cost of $500., He would do the wheel bearing {moog},oil filter/cooler assy., and VC gaskets.

    GOOD DEAL....YES....BUT
On getting the intakes and covers off, he found on the firewall bank that the Intake  cam had a lobe that was badly scored on one valve lobe and rocker shot. EASY fix IF it was on the front bank, but the rear needs to have motor mounts loosened and shift motor a bit to clear sprocket bolt removal. MORE WORK. We decided on using a good used cam and new rockers for the rear bank.  NO price yet for this additional work, but since we got this car 10 months ago thru him, he's keeping labor costs at a minimum and I cover parts, as one could tell by the price for the original work that was to be done. Car is hopefully to be done this afternoon.
My wife is back to driving her old {now mine} '14sxt.

What a way to start SPRING! And I had been planning finances to get the '13 a new set of 19" tires........... Those with that size know they are NOT cheap!

Have to wonder if you have an intermittent connection on a connector you would have taken off to change injectors or plugs? A plug not firing would cause fuel to remain unburned.

Sometimes the alcohol content may run high and needs to be reset. That takes the correct equipment.

well you didn't use oem and there are a lot of junk aftermarket parts being sold these days, but they shouldn't be your problem , from what you have wrote it would be something you did during the reassembly since you didn't infer a problem before doing this work

I can see changing the plugs but why mess with injectors and coil packs for no reason especially if they were OEM's to aftermarket?

Been a while since I've been on here, but I did get everything done. I have a good friend that owns a Mercedes shop and he did all of the rockers, a couple of camshafts, and a few other items under there for under $3k. I do have the 3.6 and it truly took about 8 hours to do it all over 2 days. I was also able to see the car when it was taken apart, and he showed me the 2 broken rockers and the camshafts. I decided to change 2 of the of the camshafts, even though he gave me the option to keep one of them. The other two were smooth and in great condition. After some more conversations with the dealer, the average price to do this whole job (without the $400 camshafts) would have been $4,600. The car is running great and I have an 18 month warranty if anything goes wrong. I've been on a couple long trips since the work and no issues so far. My DJ is still going strong with no issues. Oh, and believe it or not, I've always used high quality full synthetic up with every change. The issue was the lower quality rockers used in the original construction.

Great to hear all is well again, but YES a pretty hefty hit to the bank account all the same. And yes, having capable friends or trusted shop other than DEALERS can help greatly on costs. Also can't rule out part of costs due to the WONDERFUL ECONOMY we ALL are currently dealing with.

For anyone who needs this information, the fuse for this is in the box under the glove box, NOT the engine bay. Third row away from the passenger seat, fifth fuse from the left. F109. Pull this for a minute or so, then reinsert and follow the rest of the instructions that 2late4u posted.
