Catalytic converter

Hey. So I have a 2013 Dodge Journey Crew. I'm having issues passing inspection due to my catalytic converter front B2. I got it replaced but check engine light is still on, so I took it back to the mechanic and he said now it's the back catalytic converter. I took it for a socond opinion and he said it was still reading catalytic converter bank 2 front. Idk what the hell to do....????
