I have a 2010 Dodge Journey R/T.  The driver's side visor lights are not working.  We have checked the bulbs and the fuses and everything is fine.  A mechanic told me that it may be a programming issue in the dash and I may have accidentally turned it off.  How do I check this?

Could also be a wiring issue. Check to see if you have voltage at the bulb sockets when they are supposed to be on. Otherwise, perhaps the owners manual mentions how to turn features on and off via the EVIC or touchscreen (if equipped).

has to be the wiring as he says the drivers side doesnt work, i would assume the passenger side lights are working okay,I dont believe or have never seen in the manual the ability to turn off the visor lights they can be dimmed but still be on...i also think he needs to find a different mech. should have been to easy to check to see if there was power going to the drivers visor......
