Sometimes when I press the left buttons (up, down, return and back), the EVIC works fine and I can see all the functions but sometimes when I press the buttons it not works. Only the back button. When I press it, the Voice Recognition appears inside Uconnect with the voice "please say your command....). My issue is how can I restore the buttons to see the EVIC menus? Thanks a lot! bramfrank Posted April 17, 2017 Report Share Posted April 17, 2017 (edited) I would try a cold system restart. Disconnect the wire coming from the negative battery terminal (where it bolts to the firewall) and leave it off for about 30 minutes. After the 30 minutes have elapsed reconnect it and tighten the bolt and see if it helps.
