MY 12 RT gauges , speedo, radio shut down, fan defaults to high defrost, power windows quit, service drive etc. and sometimes clears and runs ok. Try disconnecting the battery for a bit to reset it again and have your charging system tested. It's a 2012 so may have been installed 2011 and batteries in Mopars typically last 4 - 6 years if you have a good one. When things get erratic that should be the first assumption. 2late4u Posted January 31, 2017 Report Share Posted January 31, 2017 i dont take chances with mopar batteries i just changed out my 2014 battery nothing wrong as far as i knew but my daughter needed one for her back up mail vehicle as hers went dead so swapped them out for her and a new one for me ,all set for a couple of years now i hope......if your journey is acting erratically change the battery out its at least 4-5 yrs old if its the org. one. RICW Posted January 31, 2017 Author Report Share Posted January 31, 2017 Brought it to dealer yesterday and it of course would not act up for them . Battery was replaced in September and tested fine. No codes showed up On way home after their hours speedo went out, windows inop, fan to high defrost, no uconnect screen, battery light, ck engine light, and loss of speed.
