Please Help!!!!!! Do i need to have warranty to get TSBs fixed

I'm a little frustrated. Seems right when my warranty is up things seemed to mess up. Looking on this forum i believe i fall under these two TSB's. My question is do i have to have warranty to fix these or will i have to pay. Someone please help. Check engine light just came on and got it checked and this came up "P0441-EVAP PURGE SYSTEM PERFORMANCE"

I bought a chrysler extended warranty when i got it does anyone know when that expires. I have a 2012 Dodge Journey SE. Purchased in Sept. of 2011. 2.4L Engine.

f. P0300 - Multiple Cylinder Misfire
g. P0301 - Cylinder 1 Misfire
h. P0302 - Cylinder 2 Misfire
i. P0303 - Cylinder 3 Misfire
j. P0304 - Cylinder 4 Misfire
k. P0305 - Cylinder 5 Misfire

m. P113D - O2 Sensor 1/1 Slow Response (High Frequency)

Updating the software will correct the conditions listed above.

SYMPTOM/CONDITION:
· **When the ignition is first turned on, the audio volume is very high.**
· **CD audio glitch and/or audio drop out for 0.2 seconds.**
· No display and no audio on radio.
· The driver's heated seat soft key is grayed out on the radio display.
· CD skips repeatedly while playing.
· CD jumps tracks after cranking the engine, turning the radio off and then on, and/or
after depressing the stop and then play soft key.
· In USB playback mode a blank screen, or the last displayed screen, is displayed
when the ABC soft key is pressed.
· An iPod Nano connected in USB mode may fail to play and/or the Pause and Play
keys are reversed on the radio display.
· Multiple instances of the same Sirius Game Zone entry may be displayed.
· Intermittently, the back-up chime sounds continuously once vehicle is put into
forward gear, instead of shutting off.
DIAGNOSIS:
If a customer’s VIN is listed in VIP or your RRT VIN list, perform the repair. For all other
customers that describe the symptom/condition, perform the Repair Procedure.

Your warranty paperwork should list dates and mileage that it expires at... If not under warranty it really depends on the dealer. You will likely have to pay for it if it is no longer under warranty though, unless your dealer is something special.

TSB's are not covered if your warranty is expired.

Another quick question. Are dealerships the only people who can handle TSBs or can i take it to my Mechanic...sorry if its a dumb question

It would probably have to be factory authorized repair facility to perform factory TSB's.

Since these both involve software updates you would need to go to your dealer... I have seen many TSB's that could be performed by the owner or another shop though...just not this kind. Should only be like $100 to do both. I know it's not cheap, but it's not expensive either.
