Falcon Posted January 30, 2011 Report Share Posted January 30, 2011 (edited) We looked at the Mitsubishi Outlander, the GMC Acadia, the Kia Sorento and Borrego, the Mazda CX9, the Saturn Outlook, and the Hyundai Vera Cruze. All of them way overpriced and just not "wow" enough (except for the Outlander. what an awesome stereo!) for us to make a purchase. Its amazing how similar most of the poster's stories are to my own especially "KCONNORS" Wow..only difference was I already had a motorcycle and she was harassing me to get ride of it before we bought a new car, but the Journey was so affordable that I was able to keep my bike! Life is good! By the way I spent roughly three weeks researching and pricing nearly all of the seven passenger SUV's out there. I was set on the Outlander because of its presumed sportiness and its incredible stereo but once I drove it I still harked back to the Journey, its performance is on par but its price blew the Outlander away!
