I have a 2011 journey and my screen is all black. Side botton blink on and off. But screen don’t respond. I try pressing the screen off botton, but doesn’t go on. Help me please. They trying to charge me a leg and arm to fix it. And have to buy everything original

I understand your hesitancy to work with the dealership, Itsiry. Have you checked https://www.driveuconnect.com/support/software-update.html to see if your system is ready for an update?

Do you have an owners manual? If not, there is a link to a free download in the Welcome section. The battery is located in front of the drivers side front tire. There are remote connections in the engine compartment so you can disconnect from there.
