2014 Dodge Journey we had the transmission fluid changed about a week ago it had a check engine light on and it read two permanent codes I know one was transmission line pressure low it still has the permanent codes and I believe it’s in limp/fail Safe Mode because it’s not shifting i just want out of limp/fail Safe Mode so it will shift and drive normal again is there any way I can do this on my own without going to a dealership? Also I have already unplugged the battery to try and reset the computer but that did not work unplugging the battery did not reset anything not even our preset radio stations... please help

If the car is in limp mode you won't be able to fix that yourself. Take it to the dealer to get a proper diagnosis, you didn't mention how long it has been in limp mode but you should take it in as soon as possible to prevent any further damage to the transmission
