Sms218 Posted March 10, 2018 Report Share Posted March 10, 2018 (edited) Hello people I just became part of the dodge family. I bought a 2009 dodge journey and am completely in love. The only problem I'm having is my touch screen does not work? I didn't know when I bought it the radio was touch screen. This is the newest thing I've owned and never used a touch screen before. Can anyone help? The radio works and CD player works just the screen will not do anything when I try to touch the buttons? Is there a trick or something I could try to fix? Or do i need a new screen? OhareFred Posted March 10, 2018 Report Share Posted March 10, 2018 (edited) Try disconnecting the battery for 30 mins or more. That will clear and reset things and your screen may come back to life. Sounds like it’s frozen. In the bottom right hand corner is a 3 letter code, like REN. That is your radio model, might be helpful to know.
