I felt totally disappointed to Dodge Journey . I have spent ~2k dollar to fix many unexpected issues in the last two year. Recently, I was not able to start my vehicle after 2018 new year :-( even I had replaced the battery at 2017 Oct. I sent my car to dealership to test , they said EVERYTHING is FINE. but I was not able to start at the next the whole days. I owned another Toyota 2010 matrix, the battery is still original factory battery.........It can be started even the outside is about -20 degree!!!!

I have the exactly issue as my 2013 J. last week. I have to ask my friend to jump start . It is really hard to push the break down .

The same issue

1. Replaced new battery at March 2017 as ran out of battery in last Winter more than 3 times. -------- 140 CAD 2. Replaced new battery case at the same time because of rust --------------120 CAD --second hand 3. Replaced the passenger actuator because of it keep blowing hot windy --------------250 CAD 4. Un-identify issue about hand-free system yet , the system stuck on loading .....process, un-connect battery can make it work few hours , the issue is still reproducible at next times .----------------------- dealer said replaced new hand-free system will cost 700 CAD. If I have another changes I rather than choice one Japanese or Germany car . :-(
