  1. check my thread. had similar problem since first year. now Got it fixed: changed solenoid pack, I am really surprised Dodge's quality control or the part supplier's quality control! Had this kindly issue for 5 and half years and finally broken to left me out of warranty. Thanks for Eagle transmission and Street Brother for help.

  4. I have same problem like yours: my car history: gear shift hard some times during wither (more), some times in warm weather. Dealer had updated the software for the PCM, but not sure if there is any updates from about 2 years ago (when I got the last update). Generally, gear shift big bang disappear after update. but now I got this bang badly again every time in this mild fall weather which is 20 degree C.

Generally, gear shift big bang disappear after update. 2. two days ago, car rpm jump up when slightly touch the gas pedal, then check engine light on. after changed engine air filter (dirty), the gear shift big bang comes every time when shift gear from parking to any position. any advice for trouble shoot? Based on my reading from this forum: Causes maybe:??? 1.   7. Dear Friends, I have 2012 Journey Crew 3.6 FWD with Uconnect Touch Screen 8.4 and backup camera system. Yesterday, after morning commute, I parked my car for about 7 hours. When I started the engine in the afternoon, UConnect Touch Screen was just dead - no any power at all. The radio power(volume adjust) button under the screen, and CD eject was also dead. Only the row of buttons with Emergency, A/C were working. I turned off the engine and started again in 10 seconds. Still not working! After about 2 hours driving back home and one hour parked inside the garage, when I checked it again, Touch screen Back to work - no any issues so far! Just want to know what may cause this problem. I just send it to dealer and the driver side- rear brake bracket was seized (according to dealer). passenger side rear rotor quite worn out - I felt the surface hotter than other rim. It only 30000Km and get replaced for free this time. Thanks for the forum and all helpful people here. Tony
  9. I have 2012 DJ crew. average gas consumption 12.3L/100KM,(Before my transmission problem, it was 14.5L/100KM. ) my Van (about 250kg heavier) average is 11.5L/ 100KM. driving style is same. average of high way and local use. Any recommendation?
