  1. So im just wanting to make sure since my dealership could not give me a solid answer to this... When I had my previous vehicle (2005 Chevy Equinox AWD) I was instructed that I needed to pull my boat in 4H so that the car would not shift into overdrive. However with the Journey there is nothing in the manual that states if I should use D or if I should use the Autostick for shifting. What is recommended....I would like to make sure that if I can pull my trailer at highway speeds that I can use D and not have to stick with the autostick
  2. yeah there werent very many choices for color around here in the price range and mileage that I wanted. if my daughter would have had her way I would have a bright red DJ just like yours
  3. So i bought a used 2012 SXT this week and I will be planning on pulling my 18' runabout (about 1900lbs) with it this summer, probably not more than a few miles each time, however I may take it camping a few times as well. My question is that I got a copy of my build sheet and it doesnt show the towing package but it does show NHAP Engine Oil Cooler listed on it. Is this the same engine oil cooler that is included in the towing package? I have read through the towing forums but havent found an exact answer. I want to make sure that pulling 2000lbs with my DJ for a couple hundred miles once in a while wouldnt be an issue. My DJ is a 2012 SXT FWD btw
  4. Just picked up a 2012 Journey SXT today, came from an 05 Chevy Equinox (Car felt amazingly cheap compared to all the Journeys I test drove) Looking forward to any information I gain on this site, as well as any recommendations. Planning on adding a hitch and wiring kit this spring to pull my boat to the local lake and back
