but it is true about the fact that 2.4L engine is just not good enough. which was the main reason why i bought 3.6 pentastar engine equipped 2013 journey. and pretty happy with it so far!

davidlb512/ hey, thanks for your response. it is because i do not feel like taking any risk, and i believe in "you get what you pay for" apparently some guys from here bought it from them. and yes you are right, it did not sound quite right they offered me to get 9008 bixenon when journey takes 9006. that's why i put this question up here to make sure, that the retrofit source is not making mistake.

i am about to order HID light kit from retrofit source. this is what the retrofit suggested me to get for my 2013 journey rt Mopar Specific: Morimoto Elite HID System$170.00 — Bulbs: Morimoto 3Five: H13/9008 Bixenon+$10.00 — Ballasts: Morimoto 3Five (35w) — Wire Harness: 9008/H13 — Kelvin: 5000K is that sounds right? i've been looking into this for almost a week now and i would like to make the decision. someone please help!

i would do the oil change every 3 month or every 3000 kms whichever comes first, just to be on the safe side.

on the way back home from work, i tried the navigation again, and it worked fine this time. this time, i guess i will let it go, but if it happens again, i will definitely make my way to the dealership to find out if there is a problem with the unit or not. i really wish i don't though.

i drive most city... from home to work it takes me about 30 minutes. and my journey 2013 r/t avg mpg shows on the display 12.8mpg... 28F... however, at the same temperature, i was getting 23-25 mpg on the highway driving 60-80 mph. i think it just depends on the type of road that you are driving. many little things can be factored in such as wind, road type, traffic, ac blah blah... but it is heavy car close to 4k lbs.. oh well... better than my old nissan armada, i was getting 10 on city, 16 highway!!!

u must be in the military. i was in the military and stationed in korea for 3 years. did u you exchange car? or usaa's car buying service. i used usaa car buying service to buy my journey r/t and save 5 grand off of the msrp. so if you haven't and not sign the paperwork, you should look into it. welcome to the forum.

congrats! i got the same one. with sunroof, video group, flexible seat group, and 8.4n extra 5 grand but definitely worth it!

wow burgandy, good stuff! tinting.. i was just going to a shop and ask for a tint, but i will make sure to ask if they can use 3m window film. rim. i was looking around if there is a shop who does it. i just do not have enough time to take a look yet. but i am looking forward to do it though. hid, i am asking mechanics around, and once again, if i find a shop that does just mod, i will more than likely deal with a shop. problem is... i just need to make sure to find right shop!

hey all. i am having problem with my navigation unit. i have 2013 journey r/t and it comes with 8.4N? today i was driving and used the navigation. it was calculating whole bunch of times because even though i had navigation on, i didnt go exactly where it was telling me to go. anyway, the problem started from there. i finally got fed up and cancel the route, however it beeps every 5 seconds for no reason, and when i bring the map up on the navigation, it would zoom in and zoom out constantly. so i turned the car off and turned it back on, it is still doing the same thing. i am afraid i might have to bring the car back to the dealership for help. does anyone know if there is anything i can do to fix it? i didnt have this problem before, but it just happen today.

journey is my first car. i like the car so much and i would like to spend extra money to get some stuff done. 1. i would like to change OEM lights to HID lights... (headlamp an also fog lamp) 2. change the oem 19inch silver wheels to black... (hoping to get it painted black rather than buying whole new set) 3. tint the windows if i am trying to do all three of the things before spring comes. i dont know where to start, but i was just wondering if anybody else have done it here. by the way i have the black 2013 journey r/t (love that red stitch =() any recommendation of suggestion?
