Hello, we just recently purchased a 2010 R/T with the Mygig with UConnect and with 6 disc navigation and tv in the back. when we go to load a dvd it just spits it back out and never reads it. When I try and speak to choose DVD, it tells me it’s not possible. My wife says when she tries to manually choose VES she says the VES option is ghosted over. The car was first owned by a business for like a fleet vehicle in Kentucky. So we was wondering if the DVD isn’t installed? Would a dealer plug it up or can update the mygig software to make the DVD player work?
